Signal Layer
Independent providers apply their own market logic and output complete, versioned candidates through one contract. They do not size portfolio risk and they do not place broker orders.
FRCST builds and runs systematic trading strategies on its own capital — live in crypto, with FX in development.
A modular Signal Layer generates independent sources of edge — multiple strategies per market. A live Trading Operating System decides what gets accepted, sized, executed and protected — recording every decision as auditable evidence.
Independent edge, ranked and validated.
Governed execution for every live decision.
Versioned evidence closes the replay loop.

Trading live on FRCST's own capital today; capital preservation before performance. Built to scale across capital and markets.
Live track record since May 2026 — figures are early and will move. Past performance is no guarantee of future results; nothing on this page is an offer, solicitation or investment advice. Methodology and trade-level evidence are available in the platform.
FRCST is not a single trading strategy. It is a proprietary technology company built around two distinct propositions.
Independent providers apply their own market logic and output complete, versioned candidates through one contract. They do not size portfolio risk and they do not place broker orders.
Provider-agnostic control of portfolio acceptance, sizing, exposure, execution, protection, reconciliation and evidence. The same core logic is shared by live operation and replay.
What you see, is what you get. These are native previews of the live surfaces behind FRCST — the same operating dashboards used to inspect signal intelligence, trading operations, portfolio protection and evidence.

Canonical backfill + realized closes, expressed through three governed profiles.
UTC operating timeline, scheduled pipeline control and immutable run evidence.
Deterministic simulation across recorded evidence — reconstruct any decision, offline.
Preview basis: native structures from the current FRCST dashboard HTML and captured operational artifacts. The preview values are a captured system snapshot; opening a tile enters the live platform.
A provider can propose. Only the Operating System can expose capital — accept, size, execute, protect and supervise.
Instrument, side, levels, validity and ranking arrive through the provider contract.
Market observation and required data boundaries must be healthy before the candidate can move on.
Risk budget, exposure, concurrency and portfolio policy decide accept or block.
Accepted candidates are sized from defined loss and handed off for broker placement.
Venue-side stop protection is linked, then continuously supervised under managed rules that never widen risk.
State transitions and artifacts are retained for accepted, blocked and skipped candidates alike, so every evaluation outcome can be inspected or replayed.
Alpha generation and capital policy stay separate by design.
Providers can change research, timing and market logic. What reaches the Operating System is standardized by the provider contract, so risk, execution and evidence remain stable.
Current production source of candidates and live orders.
Runs against the same contract in research and replay; promotion follows evidence.
New edge can be added without rewriting portfolio governance.
One governed core for acceptance, sizing, execution, protection, supervision and evidence.
Limits are evaluated by the system before capital is exposed, and protection remains supervised after the order is live.
State, decisions and outcomes are recorded as part of operating the system — not reconstructed afterwards.
Replay is not a standalone backtester. It reconstructs recorded candidate streams through the same core logic that governs production.
Candidates, context, broker state and outcomes are pulled from the canonical record.
The same portfolio gates, sizing logic and risk rules are executed offline through the same governed core used in production.
Baseline and revised logic can be measured before any change touches production capital.
Competition for capital, concurrent exposure, stops, time exits and operational rules stay in scope.
FX provider promotion follows this route: research stays separate, replay runs through the shared core, production follows evidence.
The next phase is not to invent a new platform. It is to deepen the live record, finish the next provider and use replay to decide what deserves production capital.
Core orchestration, portfolio logic, supervision, evidence and dashboards are operational.
Real broker orders on FRCST capital; live track record continues to build.
Research, data collection and replay validation before production promotion.
Combined portfolio interaction will be evaluated through shared replay before live use.
Keep the production stack stable, accumulate live outcomes and make the evidence easier to inspect.
Advance FX only when research, replay and operational readiness support the move.
Add complementary providers and asset classes without weakening the shared governance model.
FRCST B.V. is a Dutch FinTech company, founded in 2025 and headquartered in Amsterdam. It is built and run by founding partners Niels Loup and Marcel van Bree. The core platform IP, Signal Layer contracts and evidence architecture are FRCST-owned.
Niels is Founding Partner and Chief Technology Officer of FRCST and the architect of its production technology. With a background in IT and cloud architecture, he has spent much of his career designing complex, business-critical platforms where reliability, governance and observability are non-negotiable. As an entrepreneur, he has founded, built and scaled technology businesses, combining hands-on engineering with the organisational and commercial discipline required to turn technology into enduring companies. At FRCST, he brings those two worlds together in a production-grade systematic trading stack: independent Signal Providers, a shared Trading Operating System, portfolio and risk controls, continuous observability, auditable evidence and deterministic replay. He leads the evolution from research to live operation, ensuring that technology, operating model and governance develop as one coherent system — and that every new idea is testable, versioned, inspectable and governed before capital is exposed.
Marcel is a founding partner of FRCST, leading its business development and corporate strategy. With a track record of building and scaling companies through a hands-on, results-driven approach — including a successful exit via a listing on the London Stock Exchange’s AIM market — he brings the discipline of an operator to capital structure, partnerships and growth. Having invested across many asset classes, he is convinced that digital assets represent a rare structural shift, with long-term risk-reward dynamics unmatched elsewhere. At FRCST, he translates the platform’s technology and evidence into a clear market proposition, keeping commercial ambition aligned with its evidence-first discipline and growth on a credible, sustainable foundation.
