Using this website

These Terms of Use apply to your access to and use of frcst.com and its public pages. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The site is intended to provide general information about FRCST, its proprietary technology, systematic trading approach, operating architecture, research and corporate development.

What FRCST is — and is not

FRCST develops and operates proprietary systematic trading technology. Its public proposition is built around a modular Signal Layer and a shared Trading Operating System used to accept, size, execute, protect, observe and evaluate trading decisions.

FRCST trades with its own capital. The website does not describe or operate a trading fund, collective investment vehicle, managed account service or facility for accepting third-party trading capital.

No investment offer, solicitation or advice

Nothing on this site constitutes investment, financial, legal, tax or trading advice. Nothing on the site is an offer, invitation or solicitation to invest in a fund, allocate trading capital, enter into a managed-account arrangement, buy or sell a financial instrument, or follow a trading strategy.

Any discussion concerning a potential corporate transaction involving FRCST itself will be governed only by the specific documents, representations and agreements executed for that transaction. Website content is not a substitute for independent professional advice or due diligence.

Performance, replay and research evidence

FRCST may publish or describe live operating results, Signal Provider research results, replayed results, simulations, projections or other quantitative evidence. These categories are conceptually different and should not be treated as interchangeable.

• Live results reflect actual production activity within the scope described.
• Replay or simulated results reconstruct or model historical decisions and may depend on assumptions about execution, costs, liquidity, venue behaviour and data availability.
• Research results may represent experimental or development-stage configurations that are not active in production.

Past, replayed, simulated or projected results are not guarantees or reliable indicators of future performance. FRCST may correct, replace or reclassify published figures if data, methodology or attribution is later found to require adjustment.

Trading and market risk

Systematic trading, derivatives, digital assets, foreign exchange and other financial markets involve substantial risk. Losses can occur quickly, and intended risk controls cannot guarantee a particular realised outcome.

Relevant risks include market gaps, volatility, leverage, liquidity constraints, slippage, fees, funding, exchange or broker outages, order rejection, counterparty failure, data errors, network disruption, technology failure and exceptional market conditions. Venue-side protection and automated controls can reduce operational risk but cannot eliminate market or infrastructure risk.

Nothing on this site should be interpreted as a statement that any strategy, architecture or control framework is risk-free.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website design, text, graphics, diagrams, branding, software descriptions, architecture descriptions, data presentation and other content are owned by or licensed to FRCST and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

You may view and retain ordinary copies of public pages for personal or internal informational use. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, scrape at scale, commercialise, reverse-engineer, remove attribution from or create derivative commercial materials from the site's protected content without prior written permission.

Nothing on this site grants a licence to FRCST software, trading logic, Signal Providers, TradingCore, Replay Engine, source code, models, datasets or other proprietary technology.

Acceptable use

You must not use the site in a way that is unlawful, harmful or interferes with its operation or security. In particular, you must not:

• attempt unauthorised access to systems, non-public data or administrative functions;
• probe, scan or exploit vulnerabilities except under an explicitly authorised security process;
• introduce malicious code, excessive automated traffic or denial-of-service activity;
• misrepresent FRCST content as your own or imply an endorsement that does not exist; or
• use the site or its data in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

Third-party services and links

The site may depend on or link to third-party services, including hosting and content-delivery infrastructure, email services, font delivery, trading venues, brokers or external information sources. Those services are outside FRCST's direct control and may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

A link, reference or technical integration does not imply that FRCST guarantees the third party, its availability, its content or its services.

Accuracy, changes and availability

FRCST aims to keep public information clear and materially accurate, but the site is provided on an "as available" basis. Technical descriptions, roadmaps, operating status, performance information and other content can change as the platform evolves.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or that every item is complete, up to date or suitable for a particular purpose. We may change, suspend or remove site content or functionality without prior notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FRCST is not liable for losses arising solely from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the public website or its informational content, including indirect, consequential, special or loss-of-profit claims.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any liability relating to a separate contractual, corporate or professional relationship with FRCST is governed by the agreement applicable to that relationship rather than by this public website alone.

Forward-looking information

The site may contain statements about planned capabilities, future Signal Providers, additional asset classes, scaling, research priorities, integrations, commercial development or other future matters. These statements describe intentions or expectations and are inherently uncertain.

Actual development, timing, operating results and commercial outcomes can differ materially because of technical, market, regulatory, financial or organisational factors. Forward-looking statements should not be treated as commitments unless they are expressly included in a binding agreement.

Changes, governing law and contact

FRCST may revise these Terms of Use as the website or business changes. The version published on this page applies from the revision date shown above.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. To the extent a dispute relating solely to these website terms is not resolved informally and applicable law permits, it will be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands.
